ProjectsOur team has a serious experience in the development and realization of various programs and projects in the sphere of the employment, vocational trainings and career development. 2022 - Project "Women Empoerment" is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union, KA204 - Strategic Partnerships for adult education, KA2 - Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices 2020 - Project "Overcoming the lack of funds and lack of liquidity resulting from the epidemic of COVID-19" is implemented under the procedure BG16RFOP002-2.073 "Support to micro and small enterprises to overcome the economic consequences of the pandemic COVID-19" and is funded by the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness", co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund 2018 - The Project "GirlsLead: Supporting young women into finding their place as social entrepreneurs and in taking on leadership roles early in life", Erasmus+ project, KA205 "Strategic partnership for youth" 2018 - The Project "Program of Infection Control HIV Trough Education - PICTE-HIV", Erasmus+ project, KA204 "Strategic partnership for adult education" 2018 - The project "Active citizenship by making lifelong learning among seniors a reality", Erasmus+ project, KA204 "Strategic partnership for adult education" 2018 - The project "Startup towards perfection" is designed with the idea to support people to increase their entrepreneurial skills and to start their own business. 2016 - The project "New opportunities for a new job" is designed with the idea sustainable jobs position to be created and an opportunity for professional realization for unemployed and inactive people. 2016 - The project "Active Together" is designed with the idea, young people under the age of 29, who are neither in education or training, nor in employment, and are not registered as unemployed, to be identified, motivated and integrated into employment, training or return to education. 2012 - The theme of this year`s project of Avangard Personal Consulting within the framework of the initiative of the Austrian Foreign Trade Chamber "Go international" is The Systemic Coaching. 2011 – For a second year in a row Avangard Personal Consulting is a projectpartner within the framework of the initiative of the Austrian Foreign Trade Chamber “Go International” . From austrian site partner is the company Neuland&Co Ltd., who has rich experience in the development of professional trainig methods and mateials. 2010 – The internationalization campaign “Go International” is on initiative of the Austrian Foreign Trade Chamber and supports projects that implements innovative Austrian education know - how to Bulgaria. In the frame of the campaign, in partnership with the Austrian Vorsprung – Consulting, Avangard Personal Consulting is working on the implementation of international training system, based on the SRTUCTOGRAMa - method. 2008 – Project "CommuniNations" – transnational communication training system is realized in the frame of Lifelong Learning Programme, Subprogramme Grundtvig Learning Partnerships. Partners in the project are OeNWE – Osterreichisches Netzwerk fur Wirtschaftsethik, Austria; Avangard Personal Consulting Ltd, Bulgaria; Pusswald & Partner KEG, Spolka Komandytowa Zarobkowa, Poland and IBSA – Institut fur Biostruktur Analysen, Swiss. 2008 – Project "Services for Assistance of the Small - Sized Business". The project is realized on the territory of the Municipality of Dobrich – town and Dobrich – region and is financed within the Active Services for the Labour Market Program of the Employment Agency in agreement with The World Bank. 2007/2008 – Project "Enhancing the Sustainable Entrepreneurship Initiatives in Varna City". The project is realized with the support of the EU within the PHARE Program "Human Resources Development and Promotion of the Employment". Partners in this project are "Vista Company" Ltd and "Avangard Personal Consulting" Ltd. 2007 – Project "Development of the Vulnerable People's Opportunities for Vocational Training". The project is realized with the support of the EU within the PHARE Program "Development of an Adult Training Centre Network", Budget line BG 2004/006 – 070.01.01. The project is entirely directed to enhancing employment suitability and adaptability of disabled people to dynamic labour market. Partners in the project are "Avangard Personal Consulting" Ltd, Qualification training centre at „H S I Invest" Jsc and Foundation "Horizons" 2007 – Project "Qualification Services for Unemployed People". The project is realized on the territory of the Municipality of Dobrich – town and Dobrich – region and Krushari and is financed within the "Active Services for the Labour Market" Program of the Employment Agency in agreement with The World Bank. During the project the beneficiaries acquire a vocational qualification "Backer – Confectioner", subject "Production of confectionery". 2006 / 2007 – Project "Together on the Way to Excellence". The project is realized with the support of the EU within the PHARE Program "Alternative Employment", Budget line BG 2003/004-937.11.01. 2006/2007 – Project "Employment Services for Unemployed People". The project is realized on the territory of Dobrich and Varna and is financed within the "Active Services for the Labour Market" Program of the Employment Agency in agreement with The World Bank. 2005 – Project "To Keep the Young People Home – Coordination of Young People Specialists` Recruitment". The project is realized with the support of the EU within the PHARE Program "Clearing the Path to Employment for Youths". During the project 90 young people, graduates between 23 and 29 years of age, became the opportunity to be in training for 2 months in different structures in Albena Jsc. 2004 – Project: "Training of Personnel for Public Gasification in Dobrich Region". The project is financed within the PHARE Program "Initiatives on the Labour Market". The project is realized from the Vocational Training Centre in the System of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in partnership with "Avangard Personal Consulting" Ltd, "Black See Technology Company" Jsc, Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Dobrich, "Pojal" Ltd, "Universal - koeta" Ltd. 2003/2004 – Project "Reintegration of the Dismissed from the Army Officers and Sergeants". The project is financed from The Federal Ministry of Collaboration from Germany and is realized from The German Technical Collaboration Society and "GOPA Consultants". 2004 – Project "Gaining Professional Experience and Increasing the Employment Adaptability of Unemployed Young People through Training in the Sphere of Restaurant Business". The project is financed within the PHARE Program "Clearing the path to employment for youths". The project is realized from Albena Jsc. in partnership with Avangard Personal Consulting Ltd. 2003 – Project "North – East Planning Region – Regional Campaign "Equal Chances for Professional Realization of the Women and Men".
